This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home offers plenty of room for families and groups to unwind. The main level, located on the second floor, features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and two of the bedrooms. The lower level boasts a pool table for entertainment and two additional bedrooms, perfect for those who enjoy a bit of friendly competition. The third floor offers a peaceful retreat with the final bedroom, providing added privacy.  After a day of adventure, return to the comfort and convenience of Terps Hideaway, for a dip in the hot tub or fire up the grill for a barbecue on the deck.   


IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*This home’s kitchen is equipped with a standard and k-cup style coffee pot.
*Max parking spaces for this home is 6; garage access is not available
*Driveway is steep
*This is a non-smoking/vaping property
*Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am.
*Minimum age to rent is 25.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage). 

PETS:
This home is not pet-friendly. Undisclosed pets will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.                               

WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS:  
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in. *All cancellations will incur a non-refundable processing fee*
